Member Work Hours

Every membership household is required to work at least 3 hours/season.

There is no shortage of work opportunities at the pool! We require each member family to work a minimum of 3 hours or buy out their time at $50/hour.

Options:

Attend one of the opening days (see the pool calendar for dates and times). If there is a particular task you would like to be done or take on doing yourself, let us know! Happy to accommodate.
Sign up for ongoing maintenance, such as weeding or mowing through Signup Genius. Days/times are flexible but be aware that things like mowing will need to be done at least twice a week in the peak of summer, so then it will be more important to keep close to assigned days. And we have a new mower!!
Take on a bigger project. Some examples:
- build cubbies for kids towels so they don't take up a chair,
- install simple benches in the side of the hill for additional seating, or
- trade us for another service you see a need for and can provide.
Take on a task to manage for the entire summer such as:
- helping the swim team with administrative tasks,
- managing the lost and found,
- managing BottleDrop, or
- a project of your choosing.
Attend the pool closing work day and help put the pool to bed for the winter.
Buy out your hours, $50/hour.
