Swim Team/Lessons

We offer a variety of aquatic services, including a competitive swim team and group swim lessons for all ages and abilities. These are open to both members and non-members.  Individual lessons are available, please inquire for more information.

Levels of Instruction

If your swimmer is just starting out, BEGINNER is the level for them. The focus of this level is on water acclimation and students starting in this group do not go underwater on their own. They have also not started floating independently or with swimming actual strokes yet. 

If your student is not yet able to swim more than a few yards on their own, but may float independently, then your student is INTERMEDIATE.  This is student may just be starting to try strokes but they are not doing it well or efficiently yet. They cannot yet swim the length of the pool.

If your swimmer can swim one length of the pool independently, then they should be on the SWIM TEAM. Swim team is designed to help swimmers improve their stroke techniques. It is a good deal for the money with about 20 hours of instruction for $75 for members, $100 non-members, price cap at $150/$200 for members/non-members.
